Hotel Management

In 1993, HOTUSA laid the cornerstone as hotel operator by taking over the management of the first hotel, »La Ciudad de Vacaciones do Gozo.

A management model optimizing all aspects of the business allowed the company to increase its portfolio to 86 properties in 13 countries. The business models used so far include hotel acquisitions and leasing agreements, without ruling out management contracts.

Highly skilled and motivated professionals are working in the different areas of service, F&B, purchases, sales and revenue management. Experts in their fields, they are the ingredients of success and turn the company into one with tremendous potential for the future.

In 2005, HOTUSA set up the EUROSTARS collection which now comprises 51 of the 86 hotels managed by the company.
