The Buenos Aires Claridge Hotel has organized a special evening uniting music and gastronomy. Tenor, Leonardo Pastore and pianist, Estela Ojeda, will make a journey through the most famous melodies in the history of music, from the boleros by Agustín Lara and tangos by Carlos Gardel to the most popular arias from the opera.
The audience will be able to sample an exquisite menu, designed by the Executive Chef of the Hotel Damian Gelati, consisting of Giant Criole Ravioli in Smooth North Country Sauce, Slow Cooked Medallion of Veal with Crispy Potatoes and Roast Rosemary Tomatoes and, to round it off, a Rogel Claridge-style Alfajor Cake.
