13/08/2008: Hotusa Hotels adds 39 new associated establishments during the month of July

Hotusa Hotels has enlarged its portfolio last July with the addition of 39 new associated establishments. Of these hotels now associated with the company, 27 form part of the international network, thus consolidating the chain’s presence amongst the major hotel consortia in the world.

The new international additions to the company include 10 in France, reinforcing Hotusa Hotels’ expansion in that country, which received a boost in February with the acquisition of the independent chain, Elysées West Hotels (EWH), specialised in the urban and business hotels. At the present, more than 200 establishments in France, located specially in Paris and Lyon, two of the most important cities in the country, have joined Hotusa Group.
 
As well as in France, the chain has increased its portfolio with 6 hotels in Argentina, all located in Buenos Aires. They are all urban hotels and are branded in the category of Comfort and Excellence.

Hotusa Hotels’ international portfolio has grown with additions, also, in Holland (2), Andorra (1), Colombia (1), United States of America (1), United Kingdom (1), Hungary (1), Panama (1), Czech Republic (1), Portugal (1) and Turkey (1). With regard to Spain, the chain of independent establishments has been joined by associated hotels in Catalonia (4), Andalusia (3), Madrid (2), Aragon (1), Valencia (1) and the Basque Country (1).
