El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a unos 100 metros de la estación de metro Marques de Pombal. No tiene instalaciones públicas para estar cómodamente leyendo o sentado. Las habitaciones son muy correctas calidad/precio.

Lo único malo q la tarjeta d nuestra habitación (307) no hacia buen contacto para encender la luz general , por si quieren revisarlo. Como sugerencia les diría que cuando dejas la maleta te dieran un resguardo con un número porque eso evitaría extravíos y en otros hoteles que he estado suelen hacerlo . Por lo demás todo perfecto .

Un buen Hotel con un buen servicio. Muy bien localizado en el centro de Lisboa, pero alejado del bullicio. Con acceso al transporte público desde casi la puerta del hotel.

MARAVILLOSO !Muy céntrico, muy elegante y cool, óptima relación calidad/precio.Es verdad que está en obras la entrada y suponemos que alguna planta, pero no molesta para nada.El desayuno de calidad aunque no demasiado variado, el bufete que ofrece el hotel a mediodía también es muy bueno y ofrece platos de todo el mundo por un precio muy económico.El personal es muy atento.Las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias.

estuvimos muy a gusto, el hotel esta bien ubicado si vienes del aeropuerto al centro, y las instalaciones fantasticas. muy acojedor, el desayuno un poco escaso y repetitivo. por lo demas repetiriamos.

El hotel o mejor dicho, el medio hotel, por lo menos la parte nueva esta genial. Digo esto porque estan en obras y parece ser que desde hace tiempo ya no observandose actividad alguna, como si hubieran parado las obras a la mitad y ya desde hace tiempo. Las plantas superiores si estan reformadas y la verdad es que estan genial, amplias, comodas, todo nuevo, bien. He visto criticas de algunos huespedes respecto a que las fotos no coinciden luego con las habitaciones. Mas bien creo que cuando tienen mucha gente suelen alquilar tambien las no reformadas y esas no se como estarán. La unica pega el desayuno, bastante pobre, cafe malo, zumo tang, un poco de jamon york y queso y poco mas, pero por el precio (va incluido en la habitación) no hay mucha queja. Bien comunicado, solo hay que bajar una calle, unos 15 minutos caminando, y ya estas en pleno centro de la Baixa, barrio alto etc. Si no se quiere caminar, a unos 100 mts esta el metro y en dos paradas estas en el centro tambien. El hotel no tiene parking pero cerca hay unos cuantos, eso si, fijaros bien porque algunos cierran en festivo. Nosotros no nos fijamos y el domingo tuvimos que llamar al telefono que tenian para emergencias (parece ser que suele ser habitual) y pagar ademas del parking, otros 25€ por hacer venir a alguien a atendernos un festivo.

Está bien situado, con paradas muy cerca de metro y autobús. El trato del personal es muy atento. El desayuno está bien, pero si llegas al comedor a partir de las 09:30 ya no queda prácticamente ni bollería, ni pan...La habitación es deficiente en dotaciones: sólo hay una silla y dos perchas en cada armario. En el baño ni siquiera hay una pequeña balda para dejar los útiles de aseo mientras se utliza la ducha.

Este hotel ha sido reformado recientemente,incluso aùn està en obras,lo que no ha sido òbice para el descanso.La evidencia es la valla metàlica que hay delante del mismo,quedando sòlo libre la entrada al hotel.Claro que esto es sòlo cuestiòn de tiempo.Por lo demàs,magnìfica ubicaciòn a 50 metros de la plaza de Marquès de Pombal.Por poner alguna pega,no tiene parking propio.

Recomiendo a cualquier viajero a la ciudad de Portugal el alojamiento en dicho hotel, muy céntrico, a la zona histórica puedes ir andando, parada de bus frente a la puerta del hotel, metro a 200 mts., parking a 300 mts. (11 euros/dia). El hotel es una maravilla, todo nuevo, una decoración muy agradable, habitaciones amplias, limpieza impecable, amabilidad del personal. Lo mejor de todo: tiene una tarifa estupenda, si vuelvo a Lisboa repetiré.

Un hotel muy acogedor y agradable,moderno y con buenas instalaciones. Recien reformado,muy bien comunicado. El bufet del desayuno muy bueno. El trato del personal excelente y agradable. Una pena que aun esten con la reforma de la fachada pero eso se olvida cuando estas dentro. La habitacion que nos dieron era grande, comoda y bonita. Nosotros repetitemos y se lo aconsejaremos a nuestros amigos

aunque todavía está en obras, el hotel es escelente, tanto en sus instalaciones, como en la localización, así como en el trato recibido por parte del personal. El único defecto es el mal olor del baño, debido a la continuación de las obras en plantas inferiores. Pero, repito, hotel EXCELENTE.

El hotel, está nuevo, las habiataciones y las estancias son muy acogedoras y amplias, Cuidan muy bien todos los detalles, hilo músical en zonas comunes, aromas, decoracion etc.El único pero, es el desayuno, es muy repetitivo, y cuando se van acabando las cosas tardan en reponer, si mejorasen un poco la variedad, por mi parte tendrian una nota de 10, con esto no quiero decir que te quedes con hambre.

El hotel Evidencia Astoria es excelente para pasar unos días en Lisboa. Está recién reformado y todo es muy nuevo, además la decoración muy moderna y todo muy limpio. Nos dieron una habitación amplísima en la última planta y hemos estado genial. Un poco de ruido por los pasillos, pero más culpa de la gente mal educada que de otra cosa. Está a penas a 100 metros de la plaza Marqués de Pombal, donde hay boca de metro y un montón de autobuses, incluso en la puerta del mismo hotel hay 2 paradas de autobuses que te llevan por ejemplo directo a Belem. El personal de recepción muy amable, muy atentos con todo, hablan español sin problema y nos han indicado en muchas ocasiones las mejores opciones para ir a diferentes sitios de la ciudad. Por decir algo malo, el desayuno es bastante pobre... no muy variados y cada día exactamene lo mismo. No me parece muy acorde con el hotel. Y que no dispone de parking, aunque tienen un acuerdo con uno cercano (en la calle de al lado) y por 10€ al día puedes entrar y salir cuando quieras con una tarjeta. Por lo demás, todo genial. Un consejo: no os movais con vuestro coche por Lisboa, el transporte público os lleva a todos sitios y allí conducen como locos!!! qué estrés!

Buena relación calidad/precio. Hotel muy céntrico pero con unas instalaciones bastante modestas. El desayuno igual de modesto pero correcto (cafe, leche, zumo, pan, mantequilla, mermeladas, jamón york y queso).Todo limpio pero antiguo.

Es un hotel muy básico y simple. La habitación olía a tabaco y el suelo de parquet estaba sucio. La habitación y el interior del hotel estan viejos pero el trato es excelente y por ese precio no se puede pedir más. No tivimos motivo de queja porque es un hotel viejo pero barato que sólo sirve para dormir. Otra cosa fue el aparcamiento que en el centro es todo zona azul.

RESPONSIBILITIESThe parties acknowledge that HOTUSA, given its status as a mere intermediary between the service providers and the USER, is liable solely under the terms provided in the applicable legislation on travel agencies. Likewise, they acknowledge that HOTUSA cannot guarantee the absolute continuity of the service or the absence of computer viruses in the services provided through its network, which may cause alterations in the programmes or documents stored in its information systems, although every effort will be made to prevent these circumstances from occurring. HOTUSA will not be responsible for the lack of veracity, inaccuracy or out-of-date character of those schedules, prices, and other relevant information about the services offered through the website by their respective providers, nor for the non-compliance or defective compliance by them of the obligations arising from the regulations in force and the terms and conditions of sale of each of the bookings contracted through the PAGE. If due to force majeure (including, but not limited to, political or economic disorder or instability affecting security), deficiencies in the bookings, confirmations and/or execution of any trips or services contracted through HOTUSA, due to circumstances that are unforeseeable or cannot be solved by HOTUSA, or if it is even impossible to comply with some of the conditions agreed, the client waivers the right to submit any claim against HOTUSA and/or the companies of the HOTUSA group, current or future, due to these deficiencies or non-compliances, unless a lack of professional diligence on behalf of HOTUSA is verified. 9. IMPOSSIBILITY OF PROVIDING HANDWRITTEN SIGNATUREDue to the special characteristics of remote contracting, the USER acknowledges the impossibility of signing the payment slip, understood as the document normally used to provide compliance of the transaction. For this reason they waiver the use of a signature for any electronic transactions generated as a result of the booking through the PAGE of any of the services offered therein, expressing their agreement through the procedure provided in the Fourth clause of these General Terms and Conditions for Contracting. 10. CORRECTION OF ERRORSHOTUSA provides its clients with the electronic address atencion.cliente@hotusa.com, to which the USER may be directed in case of detecting any error in the introduction of data during the contracting process. To that effect, you will have 24 hours to contact HOTUSA for this purpose, from the moment of order confirmation. 11. MODIFICATION.HOTUSA may unilaterally modify, at any time it deems necessary, these General Terms and Conditions, as well as introduce new clauses therein. These modifications must be announced on the front page of the PAGE with a two (2) week notice, and in no case will they affect the contractual relationships concluded prior to them. 12. DATA PROTECTIONAny data processing arising from the execution and fulfilment of these General Conditions will be adjusted to what is established in the Privacy Policy made available to the client on the PAGE, and that will be understood as a comprehensive part of these Terms and Conditions.
