en el tema de instalaciones bien, pero tuve un problema con el tema del parking, de hecho tuve que irme a otro parking, ya que me decian los del hotel que habia que reservarlo y que se hacia poniendolo en observaciones. Yo en observaciones puse que la habitacion fuera grande y que no estuviera derca del ascensor, pues cuando me dieron la llave me dieron la habitacion que estaba al lado del ascensor. baje a recepcion, y eso si, me la cambiaron, pero me cabree un poco, para unas cosas miran las observaciones y para otras cosas no. Me disguste un poco aunque me lo solucionaron

El hotel cumple con las expectativas de un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Sin embargo, las calles que llegan al hotel desde la salida del metro, dan miedo, la cantidad de gente con bastante mala pinta hace que no recomiende el hotel a nadie que no se dedique a la seguridad pública o privada. Además, pide el pago de la habitación por adelantado, y no tienen toalla para salir de la ducha.

Las instalaciones comunes y el desayuno muy buenas.La habitacion, muy espaciosa con una cama enorme, un espacio para leer con dos sillones comodos y una lampara adicional de pie....PERO,..que lastima, un cuarto de baño minúsculo, imposible estar dos personas utilizandolo a la vez (que és lo que hacemos todas las parejas).Volveremos al hotel, pero no a la 427.

Gran hotel, situado en una zona muy centrica y a la vez que tranquila para estar en medio de esta capital... tan ruidosa. Calidad/Precio??? PERFECTO.Sinceramente nos encanto... ¿por qué? pues primero por el precio (65 e) segundo porque es un 4 estrellas bonito y tranquilo. Y tercero prque andando podias ir a cualquier sitio "tipico" de madrid..La habitación:143... televisión de esas que juegas a la Play y te piensas que estas regateando a Raul... baño grande, la habitación tenia como dos partes. En una parte: la cama (de 1`80) con sus mesitas, un banco para dejar la ropa, la TV frente a la cama con un montón de canales (por si te aburres o quieres aprender idiomas... jajaja) y en la otra parte un sofa (si, parece mentira, pero un sofa en el que entras tumbao tranquilamente) con una mesa baja (que viene muy bien para apoyar los pies y charlar). Y para terminar y dejar que podais disfrutar de este hotel... deciros: los recepcionistas muy amables.Espero que os sirva de algo y si vais... que disfruteis jugando al lado de Raul o aprendiendo idiomas. Jajaja.
