Muy bien, me gusto mucho. En el caso volver a Madrid volvere alojarme en el Hotel NUevo Madrid.

Modern hotel in Chamartin. Nuevo Madrid Hotel is placed in the business area of Chamartin, at 5 minutes by car from the Castilla Square and at just 10 minutes from the Barajas airport and the IFEMA exhibition centre. Inaugurated in 2005, the building is the main character, due to its lightness and spaciousness. Its entire interior is around an entrance hall of 40 metres which receive sun light directly. Llegamos antes de la hora estipulada para la entrada y registro del hotel, y nos facilitaron habitación sin necesidad de esperar. El servicio de SPA fue correcto. La habitación es grande, muy confortable.

He quedado muy satisfecho con mi estancia en el hotel. Muy gratamente sorprendido. Estancias comunes muy amplias, ascensor transparente, pasillos sencillos y anchos, habitación muy grande y confortable, con televisión panorámica y a/c muy eficiente. Pude hacer doble uso del SPA, la tarde de entrada y la mañana de salida. Quizá es el único debe del hotel. El SPA se queda muy pequeño para un hotel tan grande.

Me hospedo en este hotel cada vez que viajo a Madrid. El trato personal es excelente y las instalaciones muy completas, tanto para los que viajan por negocios como para las personas que viajan en familia. La única pega es que está alejado del centro de la ciudad pero dispone de un servicio gratuito de traslado al centro. Personalmente, estoy encantada con el trato y seguiré hospedándome en él en próximas ocasiones sin dudarlo.

Facilidad de acceso desde M-30, aparcamiento fácil y localización buena dado que en Madrid es necesario el transporte público. Solo se puede criticar el demencial sistema de la grifería de la bañera, que requiere de instrucciones. Es lo más inapropiado para un hotel, pero la culpa sería del que lo diseñó.

The bookings made by the USER will be subject to the specific terms and conditions the suppliers or organisers of said products or services establish for each case, and that are foreseen in the following clause. Likewise, the User agrees to accept and respect these booking terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, compliance with any regulations and restrictions regarding the availability of rates, products or services. The USER will give their consent by clicking on the ¿Place order¿ button, which appears at the bottom of the page on which payment details are requested. This confirmation will be sent electronically to HOTUSA, which will take care of its storage and conservation to guarantee the process. The confirmation of the purchase by the service provider will imply, in any case, the conclusion of the contract, and the commitment on the part of the client to the accrual of the established amounts. Once the consent is given, a page confirming the purchase will be displayed on the screen, and an e-mail will be sent to the client with the relevant information. 5. SPECIAL CONDITIONSThe special conditions of each service, including among other prices, modifications, cancellations, and other aspects not contemplated in these General Terms and Conditions, will be governed by the provisions of the corresponding service providers, and will be subject to modifications for which HOTUSA, as a mere intermediary, accepts no obligation or liability. Said Special Conditions shall be understood as accepted in accordance with the provisions of the preceding clause. In the event that these special conditions do not allow changes or cancellations to be made by the client, they will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid as a booking to HOTUSA. 6. OBLIGATIONS OF HOTUSAHOTUSA is bound by the following conditions: Make the utmost effort to implement the necessary procedures to complete the acquisition by the USER of the service contracted by them through the PAGE. Provide the USER with the necessary documents to use the contracted service. Comply with the other obligations provided for in these General Terms and Conditions, as well as in the Special Conditions provided for in Clause Five. 7. OBLIGATIONS OF THE USERThe USER is bound by the following: - Pay the corresponding amounts, including taxes and fees. - Be personally accountable for the authenticity of the data provided, and that such data matches their identity when expressing consent and making payments. - Accept any kind of liability arising from the non-possession of the documentation required to use the contracted service, and being therefore informed of the necessary requirements in this regard, and expressly including those related to border access to third countries. - Comply with the other obligations provided for in these General Terms and Conditions, as well as in the Special Conditions provided for in Clause Five. 8. RESPONSIBILITIESThe parties acknowledge that HOTUSA, given its status as a mere intermediary between the service providers and the USER, is liable solely under the terms provided in the applicable legislation on travel agencies. Likewise, they acknowledge that HOTUSA cannot guarantee the absolute continuity of the service or the absence of computer viruses in the services provided through its network, which may cause alterations in the programmes or documents stored in its information systems, although every effort will be made to prevent these circumstances from occurring. HOTUSA will not be responsible for the lack of veracity, inaccuracy or out-of-date character of those schedules, prices, and other relevant information about the services offered through the website by their respective providers, nor for the non-compliance or defective compliance by them of the obligations arising from the regulations in force and the terms and conditions of sale of each of the bookings contracted through the PAGE. If due to force majeure (including, but not limited to, political or economic disorder or instability affecting security), deficiencies in the bookings, confirmations and/or execution of any trips or services contracted through HOTUSA, due to circumstances that are unforeseeable or cannot be solved by HOTUSA, or if it is even impossible to comply with some of the conditions agreed, the client waivers the right to submit any claim against HOTUSA and/or the companies of the HOTUSA group, current or future, due to these deficiencies or non-compliances, unless a lack of professional diligence on behalf of HOTUSA is verified. 9. IMPOSSIBILITY OF PROVIDING HANDWRITTEN SIGNATUREDue to the special characteristics of remote contracting, the USER acknowledges the impossibility of signing the payment slip, understood as the document normally used to provide compliance of the transaction. For this reason they waiver the use of a signature for any electronic transactions generated as a result of the booking through the PAGE of any of the services offered therein, expressing their agreement through the procedure provided in the Fourth clause of these General Terms and Conditions for Contracting. 10. CORRECTION OF ERRORSHOTUSA provides its clients with the electronic address atencion.cliente@hotusa.com, to which the USER may be directed in case of detecting any error in the introduction of data during the contracting process. To that effect, you will have 24 hours to contact HOTUSA for this purpose, from the moment of order confirmation. 11. MODIFICATION.HOTUSA may unilaterally modify, at any time it deems necessary, these General Terms and Conditions, as well as introduce new clauses therein. These modifications must be announced on the front page of the PAGE with a two (2) week notice, and in no case will they affect the contractual relationships concluded prior to them. 12. DATA PROTECTIONAny data processing arising from the execution and fulfilment of these General Conditions will be adjusted to what is established in the Privacy Policy made available to the client on the PAGE, and that will be understood as a comprehensive part of these Terms and Conditions. FINAL JURISDICTIONWith express waiver of the jurisdiction that may apply to them, both parties submit to the jurisdiction and of the courts of the client¿s place of residence.
