El hotel está bien comunicado con el centro, tiene una parada de bus que va a la plaza mayor en la puerta del hotel, y a 10 minutos andando está el metro. La limpieza de las habitaciones está bien.

Instalaciones en buen estado y limpias, pero es un hotel tremendamente ruidoso. El conjunto de los tres o cuatro ascensores que están en constante movimiento, ya que por lo general es un hotel al que acuden grupos numerosos es, hace imposible conciliar el sueño. Me alojé en este hotel por motivos laborales y no lo volvería a usar ni lo recomendaría por este motivo.

No voy a opinar sobre los servicios del Hotel. Voy a opinar sobre la inflexibilidad del sistema del hotel un cambio de fechas es posible en todos los sitios en los que he estado. En el hotel praga no. Tanto es así que seguro no volveremos. Gracias.

Fuimos cinco personas y cogimos dos habitaciones. La habitación triple, muy amplia y el cuarto de baño también era grande, lo único las camas podían haber sido un tamaño más grande.La habitación doble aunque era bastante más pequeña que la otra era sufientemente amplia.Un poco lejos de lo que es el centro de Madrid, pero con el metro o el autobús no hay ningún problema.Para la gente que vaya en coche muy fácil de acceder desde la M30.

el trato con el cliente es muy bueno y muy atento,desde llevarte la maleta a la habitacion hasta si necesitas algo como mantas, que te arreglen algo que no este correcto, llamarte un taxi etc, todo lo hacen de una manera muy rapida.en cuanto a las instalaciones creo que es un hotel de tres estrellas y no de cuatro porque se ve un poco antiguo y algo deteriorado.

El hotel está bien en cuanto a instalaciones y servicios, aunque yo lo único que hice fue ir a dormir, pero la cama es cómoda y la habitación amplia y limpia. El cuarto de baño amplio, limpio, aunque en otros hoteles te dan también maquinilla de afeitar y cepillo de dientes, que aquí no me ofrecieron, pero el resto de cosas de calidad y cantidad. el personal amable. la principal pega que no está bien situado, solo tiene una boca de metro cerca y hay que andar unos 10 minutos para llegar a ella.
