Está excelentemente comunicado por tren y metro con El Centro de Madrid, el aeropuerto , la estación de Atocha y las principales zonas de Madrid. Es muy cómodo que este en la misma estación nada más salir de la zona comercial . Además debido a su enclave tiene bares , restaurantes y tiendas . Justo debajo del hotel hay una bolera y una pista de patinaje. El hotel está reformado por lo que las habitaciones son muy cómodas y modernas. Los ascensores tardan poco y el personal es muy amable y servicial. La limpieza es buena y el wifi extraordinario.

El servicio en general del hotel, ha sido muy satisfactorio, el trato en recepción, así como con el personal del hotel, especialmente en el desayuno bufet, ha sido muy bueno y atento. La comunicaciones con Madrid Centro han sido recomendadas por el hotel con un muy acertado criterio, por lo que la distancia con respecto al centro de Madrid se solventa con múltiples combinaciones de tren cercanías o metro en muy breve espacio de tiempo.

desde su renovacion el hotel esta muy bien en general,la atencion del personal muy buena y su situacion tanto para moverse por madrid(cercanias,metro a 1 min del hotel),como para viajar o volar(conexion cercanias terminal t4),son inmejorables. Mi opinión ha de ser muy positiva: con posteriosidad a mi salida del hotel, me di cuenta de que precisaba un duplicado sellado de la factura. Lo recibi inmediatamente. Ademas, el servicio de custodia de equipajes una vez que uno hs dejado el hotel, funciona muy bien.

Las instalaciones y servicios del hotel han mejorado notablemente desde la última vez que me quedé en él, más moderno, aunque la mampara del baño es pequeña, mojando el suelo al ducharse. Además la bañera es alta, para personas mayores. Además falta más luz artificial en las habitaciones, para poder trabajar mejor.

Su situación estratégica en plena estación de Chamartín es muy apreciable cuando hay que viajar en tren. Cuando hay que visitar Madrid también es práctico por la gran varidedad de combinaciones de tren y metro con el resto de la ciudad. Los servicios del hotel son notables y las habitaciones para familias muy amplias y confortables.

Mobiliario anticuado, para ser un cuatro estrellas deberian reformar si quieren seguir manteniendo esa categoria! En mi caso tenia reservada una habitacion doble y sin coste adicional me dieron una suite la habitacion era espectacular con vistas a las torres kyo pero los muebles... Eran de hace 25 años! Lo mejor del hotel es la situacion perfecto para viajeros de paso que como fue mi caso necesitan coger un tren al dia siguiente pues esta en medio de la estacion de chamartin esto es realmente comodo pues no necesitas cargar con maletas ni preocuparte de si llegaras o no al tren! En mi caso llegue del aeropuerto pasadas las 12 de la noche y el personal fue muy amable y resolvieron todas nuestras dudas!! Le doy un 7 al hotel!!!

No entiendo la lentitud en el checking.Voy cada semana y me piden el dni cada vez. Algunas habitaciones deberian renovarse:agua con poca presión,alicatados del baño deficientes... de todos modos la "location" para mi supera esas deficiencias

El hotel está muy bien en general, las habitaciones son amplias y limpias y el personal muy amable y servicial. El edificio se nota que tiene sus años pero esta bien conservado por lo tanto no es algo para mi que resulte negativo. Por situación creo que es excepcional ya que está en la misma estación de Chamartín desde donde puedes ir a cualquier sitio de Madrid o bien en cercanías o metro. Por tanto es un hotel muy recomendable.

El hotel me parece correcto en cuanto al precio. El servicio es bueno. La limpieza tambien. Duermo muy bien cada vez que voy. El servicio es correcto y el personal agradable. Por el servicio de la comida en habitacion esta bien pero el menu es demasiado caro por lo que dan. El sabor estaba bien pero presentacion y cantidad dejaban que desear por el precio.

Mi estancia en el hotel fue buena, estaba de paso por Madrid centro para ir al aeropuerto y tengo que decir que estaba cerca del metro tanto para pasear por Madrid como para ir al aeropuerto. La habitacion estaba comoda y limpia, tenia nevera que para mi es importante porque soy diabetica y tengo que guardar la insulina. Estaba a buen precio. No me parece un hotel de 4 estrellas, yo le daria a la habitacion unas dos estrellas y a las estancias del hotel 3 estrellas. Bastante antiguo y simple, pero para su precio no me quejo, volveria a contratarlo.

Ninguna queja, salvo que había reservado especificando "Imprescindible FUMADOR", en lo que insistí en Recepción, y se me dio una habitación con cenicero. Pero al rato de ocuparla me llamaron de Seguridad preguntándome si estaba fumando, a lo que contesté afirmativamente. Entonces me dijeron que el hotel es "no fumador", que el detector de incendios había reaccionado al humo, y me pidieron que abriera la ventana. Si esto me pasa en invierno, me voy del hotel.

El hotel Husa Chamartin, está muy bién situado, ya que nada más salir de la pueta está la estación de trenes y metro de Chamartín y no te hace fala coger el coche en todo el dia. No es caro, es normal, aunque esta muy bien conservadoen fin un hotel bastante acogedor!

To accredit it, simply send a screen image or other documentation that will allow our operations department to verify that it is really possible to book at a lower price than that obtained at hotusa.com to the e-mail address helpdesk@hotusa.es or to the fax number +34902932219. If it is truly accredited that the price offered at Hotusa.com is not the best price available on the market, under the conditions set out above, we will apply the same price.
This guarantee is not valid for:
- Changes in rate relative to fluctuations and/or differences on the currency exchange rates.
- Group bookings, rates negotiated for companies, early-booking rates with discounts for purchasing early, or any other rate with booking conditions different than those offered by Hotusa.

Similarly, the USER agrees to accept and respect the terms and conditions of purchase established by any hotel entity with which the USER chooses to contract, including, but not limited to, the payment of any accrued amounts and compliance with any regulations and restrictions regarding the availability of rates, products or services. In the event there are special regulations or restrictions that affect certain rates, products or services selected by the USER, such special regulations or restrictions will be displayed on the USER¿s screen before proceeding to the booking. RESPONSIBILITIESThe parties acknowledge that HOTUSA, given its status as a mere intermediary between the service providers and the USER, is liable solely under the terms provided in the applicable legislation on travel agencies. Likewise, they acknowledge that HOTUSA cannot guarantee the absolute continuity of the service or the absence of computer viruses in the services provided through its network, which may cause alterations in the programmes or documents stored in its information systems, although every effort will be made to prevent these circumstances from occurring. HOTUSA will not be responsible for the lack of veracity, inaccuracy or out-of-date character of those schedules, prices, and other relevant information about the services offered through the website by their respective providers, nor for the non-compliance or defective compliance by them of the obligations arising from the regulations in force and the terms and conditions of sale of each of the bookings contracted through the PAGE. If due to force majeure (including, but not limited to, political or economic disorder or instability affecting security), deficiencies in the bookings, confirmations and/or execution of any trips or services contracted through HOTUSA, due to circumstances that are unforeseeable or cannot be solved by HOTUSA, or if it is even impossible to comply with some of the conditions agreed, the client waivers the right to submit any claim against HOTUSA and/or the companies of the HOTUSA group, current or future, due to these deficiencies or non-compliances, unless a lack of professional diligence on behalf of HOTUSA is verified. 9. IMPOSSIBILITY OF PROVIDING HANDWRITTEN SIGNATUREDue to the special characteristics of remote contracting, the USER acknowledges the impossibility of signing the payment slip, understood as the document normally used to provide compliance of the transaction. For this reason they waiver the use of a signature for any electronic transactions generated as a result of the booking through the PAGE of any of the services offered therein, expressing their agreement through the procedure provided in the Fourth clause of these General Terms and Conditions for Contracting. 10. CORRECTION OF ERRORSHOTUSA provides its clients with the electronic address atencion.cliente@hotusa.com, to which the USER may be directed in case of detecting any error in the introduction of data during the contracting process. To that effect, you will have 24 hours to contact HOTUSA for this purpose, from the moment of order confirmation. 11. MODIFICATION.HOTUSA may unilaterally modify, at any time it deems necessary, these General Terms and Conditions, as well as introduce new clauses therein. These modifications must be announced on the front page of the PAGE with a two (2) week notice, and in no case will they affect the contractual relationships concluded prior to them. 12.
