Se nota el paso del tiempo, sin que esto llegue a ser un verdadero inconveniente. El personal muy atento y amable. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias. Las camas tienen las suficiente consistencia para no resultar incómodas. La piscina amplia y limpia, sin estar sobreocupada, pese a ser compartida con el camping. En resumen está todo bien, por lo que no ha lugar a queja, pero muy al límite para ser claramente un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Nos gusto en general este hotel, lo único es que con dos niños de 9 y 11 años los colchones eran enormemente blandos y tocaban el somier al tumbarse. Aunque son niños creo q se merecen algo mejor, tal vez o un colchón mejor o dos colchones, uno encima del otro. Las piscinas inmejorables y la limpieza, aún tratándose de un hotel con cierta antigüedad.

Un hotel muy bueno. Pasamos sólo una tarde/noche para continuar el viaje hacia Portugal y nos gustó mucho. Los niños disfrutaron de la piscina al llegar y por la tarde fuimos a visitar Salamanca, ya que el hotel está a menos de 5 min en coche de la ciudad y al lado del centro comercial Tormes.

buena relación calidad-precio. Aunque el hotel es de los años 60 la habitación es amplia, el baño también y está reformado. el colchón es cómodo y la televisión grande y además cuenta con canal+ gratuito. El entorno es muy tranquilo y en coche está a 5 minutos del centro de salamanca. en definitiva teniendo en cuenta el precio nos parece buena opción.

Sencillamente majísimo, nos encantó, teniendo en cuenta que es un 4 estrellas y al precio que nos salió. Incluso teniamos posibilidad de utilizar el BUS desde el hotel, para llegar a la ciudad.Creo que si volvemos por esa zona intentaremos volver al Regio.

En primer lugar quiero agradece al personal de recepción su estupenda acogida. Para empezar llegamos con 4 horas de retraso según el horario previsto. Como Vdes. saben tenía reservada 3 habitaciones dobles, y por problemas de última hora no nos desplazamos las seis personas que en un principio teníamos previsto. Por tal motivo solicitamos una habitación triple y otra doble. No tuvimos ningún tipo de problema, todo lo contrario, fue rápido y enseguida nos instalamos. RECOMIENDO a cualquier persona que quiera pasar un fín de semana en la hermosa ciudad de Salamanca, y quiera descansar en un lugar en plena naturaleza, y con todo tipo de servicios, lo haga en el Hotel REGIO. Las instalaciones, aunque el hotel es antiguo, están reformadas y en muy buen estado. Dispone de una buena piscina, las habitaciones son muy amplias y el personal muy atento y amable. Está muy bien también porque tienen acceso a internet gratuito en el hall del hotel, y también wifi libre en las habitaciones. Lo único es que se anuncia el hotel como que está en Salamanca, y en realidad está a las afueras de Santa Marta de Tormes, y por lo tanto, algo distante de la ciudad, a unos 6 km, y con comunicación cada hora con el centro, hasta las 22,30 horas aproximadamente. No obstante, desde el pueblo de Santa Marta de Tormes, a 1km del hotel, la asiduidad de los autobuses urbanos es de cada 15 minutos y el último que sale de Salamanca es en torno a las 24,00 horas.

La situacion geográfica es buena, con buen acceso y señalización.Las instalaciones y los servicios fueron buenos. El personal nos trató de forma agradable y atenta. Lo que mas me gustó fué la piscina.Otra ventaja es que aunque no esté en el centro de la ciudad te permite llegar a él en unos diez minutos en coche.Por otra parte todo lo que compres fuera del "solo alojamiento" es bastante caro, comparado con la mayoría de los hoteles que conozco.Por si os interesa la mampara de la ducha es abatible y a la mitad de la bañera y salpica el agua fuera.

Aunque es un Hotel de 1966 sus instalaciones están totalmente renovadas y la estancia ha sido digna de la calidad de sus 4 estrellas.La decoración es excepcional, sobre todo la de los pasillos, que particularmente, me ha resultado de los más agradable y bonito que he visto.En cuanto a la estancia, ha sido muy tranquila y agradable, en una habitación amplia, muy bien decorada, con un baño tambíen amplio y un balcón con unas vistas muy agradables a un jardin lleno de árboles y cesped.Sin duda, es un hotel de referencia, en un entorno muy tranquilo y aunque se ubica a las afueras de Salamanca (en Santa Marta de Tormes) está, en coche, a menos de 10 minutos de la catedral. Además, una línea del bus urbano de Salamanca tiene su cabecera en el propio hotel.Como pequeños incovenientes destacaría las breves charlas, a gritos eso si, del personal de limpieza a las 9 de la mañana y la colocación desalineada de algunos elementos decorativos. Volveremos a Salamanca y volveremos al Hotel Regio, seguro.

Ha sido un viaje 100% turístico por lo que en el hotel hemos estado poco tiempo. Eso sí, nada tiene que ver el exterior con el interior. Al principio, piensas que para nada es un hotel de cuatro estrellas, sin embargo, las habitaciones está muy bien. Son espaciosas, las camas muy cómodas y los baños bastante grandes. Respecto al trato, todo muy cordial. No tenemos ninguna queja e incluso no descartamos repetir. A pesar de estar a las afueras de la ciudad, no está lejos y en el centro no encontramos ninguna dificultad a la hora de dejar el coche. Es más, una vez que conoces un poco el centro puedes dejar el coche fuera de la zona azul y sin problemas (recomiendo debajo del Huerto de Calisto y Melibea). Suerte!

El hotel en general está bastante bien, sus habitaciones son bastantes grandes y comodas. La atención que tuvimos en el hotel fue fantastica por parte de todos sus empleados, recepción, camareros, limpiadoras. Lo unico que se ve mas antiguo es la cafeteria. Os recomendamos este hotel para pasar unos dias en Salamanca.

El hotel está genial; las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. Para mi el único "pero" que tiene es la distancia que hay hasta Salamanca, pero aún así volvería sin problema a alojarme en este hotel.

In the event there are special regulations or restrictions that affect certain rates, products or services selected by the USER, such special regulations or restrictions will be displayed on the USER¿s screen before proceeding to the booking. RESPONSIBILITIESThe parties acknowledge that HOTUSA, given its status as a mere intermediary between the service providers and the USER, is liable solely under the terms provided in the applicable legislation on travel agencies. Likewise, they acknowledge that HOTUSA cannot guarantee the absolute continuity of the service or the absence of computer viruses in the services provided through its network, which may cause alterations in the programmes or documents stored in its information systems, although every effort will be made to prevent these circumstances from occurring. HOTUSA will not be responsible for the lack of veracity, inaccuracy or out-of-date character of those schedules, prices, and other relevant information about the services offered through the website by their respective providers, nor for the non-compliance or defective compliance by them of the obligations arising from the regulations in force and the terms and conditions of sale of each of the bookings contracted through the PAGE. If due to force majeure (including, but not limited to, political or economic disorder or instability affecting security), deficiencies in the bookings, confirmations and/or execution of any trips or services contracted through HOTUSA, due to circumstances that are unforeseeable or cannot be solved by HOTUSA, or if it is even impossible to comply with some of the conditions agreed, the client waivers the right to submit any claim against HOTUSA and/or the companies of the HOTUSA group, current or future, due to these deficiencies or non-compliances, unless a lack of professional diligence on behalf of HOTUSA is verified. 9. IMPOSSIBILITY OF PROVIDING HANDWRITTEN SIGNATUREDue to the special characteristics of remote contracting, the USER acknowledges the impossibility of signing the payment slip, understood as the document normally used to provide compliance of the transaction. For this reason they waiver the use of a signature for any electronic transactions generated as a result of the booking through the PAGE of any of the services offered therein, expressing their agreement through the procedure provided in the Fourth clause of these General Terms and Conditions for Contracting. 10. CORRECTION OF ERRORSHOTUSA provides its clients with the electronic address atencion.cliente@hotusa.com, to which the USER may be directed in case of detecting any error in the introduction of data during the contracting process. To that effect, you will have 24 hours to contact HOTUSA for this purpose, from the moment of order confirmation. 11. MODIFICATION.HOTUSA may unilaterally modify, at any time it deems necessary, these General Terms and Conditions, as well as introduce new clauses therein. These modifications must be announced on the front page of the PAGE with a two (2) week notice, and in no case will they affect the contractual relationships concluded prior to them. 12. DATA PROTECTIONAny data processing arising from the execution and fulfilment of these General Conditions will be adjusted to what is established in the Privacy Policy made available to the client on the PAGE, and that will be understood as a comprehensive part of these Terms and Conditions.
