Buen hote el eurostars toledol. Por fuera no es gran cosa pero por dentro está bastante bien. La habitación me gustó. Tenía algunos detalles que podrían mejorarse, pero en general nos gustó bastante. Aparte, nos dieron una habitación con vistas a la ciudad de Toledo y nos gustó mucho.El sistema de reservas de hotelius es perfecto. Pago en hotel y a final de la estancia

Estuve la semana pasada cuatro días y el primer día no te cansas de ir al casco antiguo en coche pero a partir del segundo se te pone por montera, el hotel está muy bien, lo recomiendo pero si que está alejado, el problema no es realmente la distancia sino el aparcamiento, dentro de la muralla prácticamente no se puede aparcar y te gastas un dineral en el parking.De todos modos lo pasé genial y me gustó todo muchísimo, un saludo.

me ha encantado la habitación.. es muy bonita,la cama muy amplia,la decoración fenomenal y los armarios muy espaciososel cuarto de baño con muchos detalles.. me gustó que tuviera secador!!! La verdad es que he venido encantada de la estancia en este hotel. Lastima que no hayan sido más días para poder disfrutar más, pero posiblemente tenga que volver a Toledo y desde luego repito en el mismo hotel.Sus instalaciones son totalmente nuevas, y tiene todos los detalles necesarios, además el precio es bueno.

El hotel es muy nuevo, y aunque no se encuentra en el centro, allí todo está cerca y se puede ir andando si apetece facilmente. Pero el precio me parece excesivo para la habitación que era, a pie de calle. En cuanto a limpieza estaba muy bien.

Puede que debido al fuerte calor, el aire acondicionado era justo en las habitaciones.No dispone de lugares de relajamiento en el hotel para tomar algun regresco. No había servicio de bar.A las 12 de la noche se cerraba el aire acondicionado del hall, donde hay algunas mesitas con sillas para poder hablar.La piscina estaba realmente sucia, ya que el agua era turbia debido al pobre filtraje.Las habitaciones dobles para uso doble, no disponía de menaje para dos personas.Las habitaciones eran pequeñas para dos personas.El servicio de desayuno era muy caro.

Nosotros solo dormimos, no comimos en el hotel, pero la habitacion nos pareció una pasada... muy grande y con un lavabo increíble con todo los extras que puedas pedir, toallas,jabon,cepillo dientes,peine... todo muy limpio e impecable.Para nosotros que sómos jovenes está a la distáncia justa del centro de la ciudad, ni muy lejos(para poder ir bien andando) ni muy cerca (que provocaria problemas a la hora de dejar el coche).

Estupendo hotel y próximo al centro, sólo un paseíto de 15 minutos que se agradece pq así vas viendo monumentos. Me parece vergonzosa la opinión que he leído de aquéllos que decían que estaba lejíssssimo; obviamente se trata de gente que va a por el pan tb con el coche.Me sorprendió el buffet desayuno por la leche desnatada y por la leche de soja pq tengo gastritis, así que genial. Las camas comodísimas. Quizás falte un bar cafetería para tomar algo. Por lo demás, lo recomiendo.

No hemos podido disfrutar de la piscina por que ya no es tiempo. La habitación y el desayuno buffet geniales. UIna noche cenamos en el restaurante, pero una y no más. WIFI gratuita en la habitación a no demasiada velocidad pero la idonea para hacer pequeñas consultas. Centro comercial (no muy frecuentado entre semana) y sitio para aparcar (no de sobra pero se puede) en los alrededores.NOTA IMPORTANTE: En Toledo no hay patatas bravas !!!

Único inconveniente, que el acceso al parking, coincide con habitaciones en planta, pero por lo demás, muy recomendable, el personal atento y muy agradable.Se encuentra un poco alejado del centro turístico de la ciudad, pero merece la pena, por que los accesos son muy buenos.Falta zona de aparcamiento en la periferia del hotel, que se compensa con el parking que no resulta nada caro.

SPECIAL CONDITIONSThe special conditions of each service, including among other prices, modifications, cancellations, and other aspects not contemplated in these General Terms and Conditions, will be governed by the provisions of the corresponding service providers, and will be subject to modifications for which HOTUSA, as a mere intermediary, accepts no obligation or liability. Said Special Conditions shall be understood as accepted in accordance with the provisions of the preceding clause. In the event that these special conditions do not allow changes or cancellations to be made by the client, they will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid as a booking to HOTUSA. 6. OBLIGATIONS OF HOTUSAHOTUSA is bound by the following conditions: Make the utmost effort to implement the necessary procedures to complete the acquisition by the USER of the service contracted by them through the PAGE. Provide the USER with the necessary documents to use the contracted service. Comply with the other obligations provided for in these General Terms and Conditions, as well as in the Special Conditions provided for in Clause Five. 7. OBLIGATIONS OF THE USERThe USER is bound by the following: - Pay the corresponding amounts, including taxes and fees. - Be personally accountable for the authenticity of the data provided, and that such data matches their identity when expressing consent and making payments. - Accept any kind of liability arising from the non-possession of the documentation required to use the contracted service, and being therefore informed of the necessary requirements in this regard, and expressly including those related to border access to third countries. - Comply with the other obligations provided for in these General Terms and Conditions, as well as in the Special Conditions provided for in Clause Five. 8. RESPONSIBILITIESThe parties acknowledge that HOTUSA, given its status as a mere intermediary between the service providers and the USER, is liable solely under the terms provided in the applicable legislation on travel agencies. Likewise, they acknowledge that HOTUSA cannot guarantee the absolute continuity of the service or the absence of computer viruses in the services provided through its network, which may cause alterations in the programmes or documents stored in its information systems, although every effort will be made to prevent these circumstances from occurring. HOTUSA will not be responsible for the lack of veracity, inaccuracy or out-of-date character of those schedules, prices, and other relevant information about the services offered through the website by their respective providers, nor for the non-compliance or defective compliance by them of the obligations arising from the regulations in force and the terms and conditions of sale of each of the bookings contracted through the PAGE. If due to force majeure (including, but not limited to, political or economic disorder or instability affecting security), deficiencies in the bookings, confirmations and/or execution of any trips or services contracted through HOTUSA, due to circumstances that are unforeseeable or cannot be solved by HOTUSA, or if it is even impossible to comply with some of the conditions agreed, the client waivers the right to submit any claim against HOTUSA and/or the companies of the HOTUSA group, current or future, due to these deficiencies or non-compliances, unless a lack of professional diligence on behalf of HOTUSA is verified. 9. IMPOSSIBILITY OF PROVIDING HANDWRITTEN SIGNATUREDue to the special characteristics of remote contracting, the USER acknowledges the impossibility of signing the payment slip, understood as the document normally used to provide compliance of the transaction. For this reason they waiver the use of a signature for any electronic transactions generated as a result of the booking through the PAGE of any of the services offered therein, expressing their agreement through the procedure provided in the Fourth clause of these General Terms and Conditions for Contracting. 10. CORRECTION OF ERRORSHOTUSA provides its clients with the electronic address atencion.cliente@hotusa.com, to which the USER may be directed in case of detecting any error in the introduction of data during the contracting process. To that effect, you will have 24 hours to contact HOTUSA for this purpose, from the moment of order confirmation. 11. MODIFICATION.HOTUSA may unilaterally modify, at any time it deems necessary, these General Terms and Conditions, as well as introduce new clauses therein. These modifications must be announced on the front page of the PAGE with a two (2) week notice, and in no case will they affect the contractual relationships concluded prior to them. 12. DATA PROTECTIONAny data processing arising from the execution and fulfilment of these General Conditions will be adjusted to what is established in the Privacy Policy made available to the client on the PAGE, and that will be understood as a comprehensive part of these Terms and Conditions. (Spain). 13. SHIELDThe declaration of nullity of any or some of the Clauses of these General Terms and Conditions by the competent authority shall not impair the validity of the remaining ones. In this event, HOTUSA undertakes to draft a new Clause replacing the annulled one with one that is as similar as possible. If substitution is impossible and the clause is essential for the Contract in the opinion of the party affected by its deletion, they may opt for the termination of the Contract. 14. FINAL JURISDICTIONWith express waiver of the jurisdiction that may apply to them, both parties submit to the jurisdiction and of the courts of the client¿s place of residence.

The classification of hotels by stars, carried out in accordance with international conventions, provides non-binding information about the category of the hotel. The classification used in EUROSTARS HOTELS is based on the valuation made by the hotels themselves, which has been verified by EUROSTARS HOTELS according to their own evaluation system the experiences of their guests. Additional information and descriptions of the hotels are also based on the information provided by the hotel itself.
Data Protection
