Our trained, experienced staff handles an average of 3,000 calls a day at our Call Centres located in Barcelona and Rome, to deal quickly and efficiently with the individual bookings made by over 10,000 travel agencies who are Hotusa clients in both countries, as well as to answer possible questions about our hotels or destinations.
The staff work with a structure of three large areas, allowing them to offer clients more comprehensive, personalised service. The divisions are International FIT, Style Hotels and holiday brands such as Euronatur, A Mares and Domus Selecta:
The FIT area is responsible for distribution via national and international tour operators.
The International area offers bookings in hotels outside Spain, also allowing clients to reserve along a route through different countries in a single request.
Style Hotels meets the needs of business clients by offering establishments for meetings and conferences, or simply booking individual stays.
The Holiday area, made up of Euronatur, A Mares and Domus Selecta, cover the establishments located in mountain areas, seaside areas, and charming hotels, respectively.
Finally, we should mention the setting up of toll-free numbers to deal with calls from Italian, Portuguese, French and British agencies, in order to encourage the flow of bookings.

Besides marketing through its own central booking service and the direct distribution channel via Internet, Hotusa has a cutting-edge Switch through Pegasus which enables it to offer a Next Generation Seamless connection to GDS under the representation code HA.
In this way travel agencies will have instant real-time access to the prices and availability stored in Hotusa’s own booking centre. The agility provided by single, centralised planning for all distribution channels (by telephone, electronic and GDS) is a strategic added value for association with our brand name.
