This was the first service that Hotusa started in 1977, and it is based on the serious, established offer of a multi-channel, multinational business structure that allows the company to be continually searching for new customers for partner hotels.
The Hotusa sales team is organised in different areas with over 40 people:
International Tour Operator Department:
Its tasks consist of signing contract agreements with international tour operators for the traditional FIT segment and for different varieties of groups (tourist, incentives, etc.)
Travel Agency Department:
This area is made up of different teams operating directly from Spain, Italy, France, Portugal and the United States.
Its job is to promote and market to independent travel agencies and networks in each of the countries mentioned above.
The segments dealt with in this area deal range from individual travellers (corporate and holiday) to tourist groups, conferences, conventions and incentive trips.
Corporate Department:
Made up of a specialised sales team strategically distributed throughout Spain and Portugal, this team visits companies directly or at hotels’ request.
International Consortium Department:
This department is aimed at agreements with large international consortiums. It handles the entry of company hotels into the consortiums that are the most appropriate for the type and location of our network of associated establishments.
Distex Area :
Its purpose is to reach integration agreements with all the web agencies that operate internationally, positioning our hotels well within them.
The work of these teams is carried out in the same manner for all the hotels, although it is also possible to hire Hotusa to carry out specific actions for certain hotels.
In addition to these activities, Hotusa also participates every year in the main international tourism trade fairs like Fitur and World Travel Market, where our partner hotels find our stands to be a meeting point with the Hotusa team and travel agencies and tour operators.
